Here at Enclothe, we give you more of what you love if we better understand you and therefore we capture information about you in order to improve your experience with Enclothe Community.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

WE DO NOT STORE CREDIT CARD DETAILS AND WE ONLY SHARE CUSTOMER DETAILS TO A THIRD PARTY WITH THE CLIENT’S DUE PERMISSION OR IF REQUIRED BY THE LAW.

Data Retention – When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Minors – The Site is intended for individuals of all age groups.

-You can ask us to remove any of your data we may hold in our system by emailing us at contactenclothe@gmail.com with your full name, full postal address, postcode and email. We will then search our data system files and ensure your data that you have provided us is completely removed and we will send you an email to confirm this. Please ensure you type “REMOVE DATA” in the subject line of your email.

-We will then suppress your data from all marketing, although we still keep it for processing your order and fulfilling customer service and after sales obligations.

-Contact us- You also have the right to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you and if you have questions, or if you would like to make a complaint, simply write to us. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

 

-We do not offer free returns and exchanges therefore the customer is responsible for postage costs regarding returns and exchanges.

-Returns and exchanges (subject to availability) will be given up to 1 week from when the product was received and in perfect selling condition, unworn. Tags must be included and unbroken. Please contact contactenclothe@gmail.com if you wish to return or exchange a product.

-All items are inspected thoroughly before a return / exchange is processed. Items found worn/used/unsellable will be rejected and returned back to you. If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email within 3 days of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame. Please contact contactenclothe@gmail.com for assistance.

We cannot refund your postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you will have to let us know within 3 days of receipt. We cannot give any refunds/assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchases. RETURNS

-Our returns policy lasts 1 week. If 1 week has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


REFUNDS

-Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

-If you are approved, then a store credit will be processed within 14 working days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

-Then contact your credit card company/debit card, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

-Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

-Enclothe reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfilment of all orders on the Enclothe website. We reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons:

The product is not available / in stock

Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable

Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity

We could not deliver to the address provided by yourself

In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information

 

 

DATA CHECK

-Here at Enclothe we take fraud and security very seriously therefore we may run multiple checks on your details before we ship your order. These checks may include verifying your address and payment details linked to your order. Any orders found to be made under fraudulent pretences will be followed up with an investigation and reported.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

-This website and its owners take a proactive approach to user privacy and ensure the necessary steps are taken to protect the privacy of its users throughout their visiting experience. This website complies with all Indian national laws and requirements for user privacy.

 

 

CUSTOMS

-Countries other than India may be subject to additional duties to be paid. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties. If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to the Enclothe warehouse and refunded. A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

-To return your product, you should mail your product to:

-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICIES

 

-At Enclothe, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We promise to provide the highest level of responsiveness to you at all times.

-All orders are processed within 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

-If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

DAMAGED GOODS

-For any products damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us to file a claim. Kindly save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
